Week 4 Top 25



Top 25

1. Sugarbush (+3)

Getting Castlerock open this early in the season is great news for the rest of the season and with all the new snow, Sugarbush is the top destination in the east right now.

2. Jay Peak (+13)

Jay Peak is now open daily now and with 24+ inches in the past week, the snow is great on the limited terrain.

3. Stowe (+11)

Stowe also received a lot of snow recently and has over 40 trails open with Nosedive and National being among them.

4. Stratton (-1)

Stratton has had a consistent start to the year and offers a really good selection of trails.

5. Killington (+4)

Killington also got a lot of snow and was able to open more trails on the Snowdon side adding more top to bottom routes.

6. Okemo (-5)

Okemo continues to be one of the better early season mountains in New England.

7. Loon (+3)

Loon added a few more trails to their count but has not seen the amount of snow that other mountains have got.

8. Sugarloaf (=)

Sugarloaf had a big day today with a lot of snowfall that keeps then in this position after a week where they could only open up a little at a time.

9. Waterville Valley (-4)

Waterville Valley has started expanding their terrain in the past week and continues to offer a strong amount of terrain.

10. Cannon (+13)

Cannon recently opened with top to bottom skiing and just got hit with a lot of snow today.

11. Smuggler’s Notch (+2)

Smuggs got a ton of snow over the past week but still only has Sterling Mountain open.

12. Burke (NR)

Opening day came with snowfall in the near future and Burke has now gotten up to 20 trails open in their short season.

13. Sunday River (-7)

Sunday River has held a steady number of trails since the end of last week, but they still have multiple peaks open with not connecting trails.

14. Bretton Woods (-12)

Bretton Woods is starting to add terrain, but it will likely be a little while before anything else opens.

15. Wildcat (-3)

Wildcat is expanding terrain at the top of the mountain, but the bottom remains a somewhat unchanged.

16. Mount Snow (-5)

Mount Snow just added few more ways down and will be adding more in the coming weeks.

17. Wachusett (-10)

Wachusett has had a really strong start to the season in Massachusetts and even has ten trails open.

18. Crotched (NR)

Crotched took liftoff this weekend with a few ways down including Meteor and Magnitude along with a terrain park.

19. Ragged (NR)

Ragged opened up for the season with only beginner trails last weekend.

20. Sunapee (+5)

Sunapee opened on Thursday and offers one way down from the top with some great views of the lake.

21. Attitash (NR)

Attitash opened for the season with the Progression Quad while the Mountaineer finishes up construction.

22. Bolton Valley (-5)

Bolton Valley had a great opening weekend with over 20 trails but will be closed for the week.

23. Saddleback (-2)

Saddleback also had their opening weekend last week and the recent snowstorm should help them a lot when they reopen.

24. Jiminy Peak (-8)

Jiminy Peak had their second weekend of the year while having 16 trails open.

25. Pats Peak (NR)

Pats Peak had their opening weekend last week and had a few solid choices for trails.
