Week 3 Top 25

Top 25

1. Okemo (+1)

Having three unique ways down the mountain pushes Okemo to the top of the rankings. Plus, it was also a very good experience for us there a few days ago.

2. Bretton Woods (+3)

Bretton Woods having two of their best trails open is a good way to start the 50th season of skiing there with Range View and Crawford’s Blaze while also having the gondola open.

3. Stratton (+14)

Stratton just opened for the season this week and they already have a solid selection of trails to choose from.

4. Sugarbush (+3)

Sugarbush recently opened up more terrain on Gadd Peak which significantly increases the terrain that Sugarbush offers.

5. Waterville Valley (+15)

Waterville Valley is another mountain that just opened for the season and has a lot of terrain open early in the season all the way up to the T Bar.

6. Sunday River (-5)

Sunday River opened up Locke, but the problem is that there is no way to connect it to the Jordan Bowl as the Barker construction is still going.

7. Wachusett (+17)

A little bit of a surprise here as Wachusett opened both peaks for opening day along with each of their learning centers.

8. Sugarloaf (-5)

Sugarloaf has been going steady with the same trails open so far this season.

9. Killington (-3)

Killington has gotten off to another strong start to the season and recently opened for top to bottom skiing and could be higher on this list.

10. Loon (+6)

Loon continues to open up new terrain throughout the week as they are already up to 15 trails open with many ways down.

11. Mt Snow (+3)

Mount Snow recently added one more way down to their offerings and is likely to add more in the coming days.

12. Wildcat (-2)

Wildcat recently opened the summit but still only has one way down the mountain aside from the learning center area.

13. Smuggler’s Notch (-1)

Smuggs took advantage of the snowstorm Monday night and opened a lot of terrain for people to ski on the Sterling side of the mountain.

14. Stowe (-8)

Stowe drops a little here as they have a lot of trails open early in the season but overall, they are basically the same way down.

15. Jay Peak (-6)

Jay Peak opened the Jet over the weekend to kick off the season but will be closed during the week.

16. Jiminy Peak (NR)
