1. Sugarbush (+1)
Sugarbush is having the best season in the east so far as they reclaim the top spot in this week’s rankings.
2. Killington (+4)
Killington is beginning to open up with Superstar likely being open until June again as they expand their terrain.
3. Stowe (+2)
Stowe just opened up Mansfield this weekend and is having a much better early season than last year.
4. Sunday River (+11)
The Barker 6 is now open and Sunday River has skiing from the Jordan Bowl all the way to White Cap area and you can ski everywhere in between.
5. Okemo (+4)
Okemo has been consistently expanding their terrain all season long and will look to get more trails on Jackson Gore and South Face soon.
6. Cannon (+4)
Cannon has been having one of the best seasons in New Hampshire so far and there could be a focus on getting Mittersill open once the storm damage is cleaned up.
7. Bolton Valley (+5)
Bolton Valley has been getting 50 trails open on the weekends on a consistent basis and the snow is really good up there!
8. Waterville Valley (-1)
Waterville Valley has had a consistent trail count throughout the season and is having a tremendous early season.
9. Saddleback (-8)
Saddleback experienced a drastic drop in trails at the start of the week but then has opened about 20 more since then as they recover.
10. Mad River Glen (-7)
Mad River Glen dropped a few trails but still remains one of the top options for skiing in New England.
11. Jay Peak (-7)
Jay Peak dedicated chair #50 on the Bonnie Quad in remembrance for lift legend Michael Pfaff yesterday. This will keep Pfaff’s memory and spirit alive at Jay Peak for seasons to come.
12. Sugarloaf (-4)
Sugarloaf dropped in trail count this week and never really recovered which causes their drop in the rankings.
13. Bretton Woods (-2)
Bretton Woods has had an up and down season so far, but they recently got the Rosebrook Summit open.
14. Loon (-1)
Loon has had a consistent trail selection open like most of New Hampshire.
15. Mt Snow (+5)
Mount Snow opened a lot of trails over the weekend, but we will see what is open Tuesday.
16. Stratton (+1)
Stratton got up over 40 trails open over the weekend and will likely expand into the Sun Bowl later.
17. Smuggler’s Notch (-1)
Smuggler’s Notch has mainly been opening learning center trails on Morse Mountain as of late as Madonna still has yet to open.
18. Jiminy Peak (+4)
Jiminy Peak got 22 trails open over the weekend and had almost all of the main mountain open.
19. Pats Peak (-5)
Pats Peak keeps expanding their terrain and will likely attempt to get Cascade Basin open next.
20. Gunstock (+1)
Gunstock had a strong opening week and will likely look to get Blundersmoke and more night skiing trails open.
21. Burke (-2)
Burke consistently has 20-25 trails open and is one of the best options in eastern Vermont for skiing.
22. Wildcat (-4)
Wildcat started the season strong but has not done anything lately except close trails.
23. Sunapee (=)
Sunapee has three ways down right now and they are all very good options with a lot of snow.
24. Pleasant Mountain (NR)
Pleasant Mountain jumps into the rankings after opening more trails from the summit and also having one of the most underrated views in the east.
25. Bromley (-1)
Bromley continues to offer the same trails and good skiing in southern Vermont.
